About us

The SAC section Hohe Winde is the operator of the climbing hall in Laufen.The secton Hohe Winde of the Swiss Alpine Club was founded on October 22nd, 1982 in Laufen.Our approximately 550 members come mainly from the regions Laufental, Thierstein and Leimental.We are neighbors to the SAC sections Angenstein, Baselland, Basel-Stadt, Delsberg and Weissenstein.
